Chairman of the Management Board, Grzegorz Rosik and Development Manager Marcin Kozyra represented Miastoprojekt Wrocław during the First Investment Forum for the Wrocław Poviat. Experts and local authorities talked about the needs of investors and the values of local investment grounds offered to entrepreneurs in the Topacz Castle.
Representatives of Miastoprojekt Wrocław were among the Lower Silesia professionals who represented the interests of local investors. Presentations of the covered topics were divided into four theme blocks: „Special economic zones, ie. the way for the global business and local benefits”, „Land for sale-what really attracts the investor”, „Time for an investor- how to create a good investment climate based on multi-sectoral partnership „, and ” Instruments of support for investors, or how to effectively use the opportunities and challenges of tomorrow. „
Apart from Miastoprojekt Wrocław, the Forum was attended by representatives of local government and municipal companies. The starost Roman Potocki invited, among others, Tomasz Smolarz, Voivode of Lower Silesia, Maciej Zathey, Director of Department of Regional Development at the Marshal Office, Slawomir Sprawka, Deputy Director of the Agricultural Property Agency in Wrocław, Dariusz Ostrowski, President of the Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency, as well as representatives of nine municipalities included in the poviat of Wroclaw.
