Construction of the GRAFIT Business Center

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Construction of the building of the GRAFIT business center / Merchant hall with an office and service part as part of the Wrocław Center for Entrepreneurship Support.
The first two floors of the building are intended for a merchant hall. The higher floors are office and service premises. Commercial stands and office premises are designed in such a way that it is possible to easily separate small areas. The modern project at Wzgórze Słowiańskie is an element of the revitalization of the Nadodrze estate in Wrocław. Additional information - volume: 76,069.66 m3, total area: 12,553.39 m2.
