BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING
Building Information Modeling is a modern methodology for the implementation of construction projects, based on the creation of BIM models - three-dimensional information models that illustrate the functional and technical features of the facility with all its components. BIM models streamline and improve the efficiency of investments, on their basis it is possible to perform, inter alia, verification of collisions, design analyzes, statements or cost estimates.

We participated in the preparation of the document "Digitization of the construction process in Poland - a road map for the implementation of the BIM methodology in public procurement" in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Development.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS
Our standard for managing the investment process is based on the preparation of the Project Book organizing the cooperation of all participants and the use of the ePMflow platform, which allows to speed up the decision-making process.
PROJECT BOOK
Prepared by Miastoprojekt Wrocław. Its purpose is to describe the procedures and basic management support tools. The information and guidelines it contains organize the cooperation of all persons participating in the Project.
CDE PLATFORM
We use the ePMflow modular platform to fully control the investment in progress. There are many advantages to using the Common Data Environment tools, including:
Improving information exchange
Timeliness of decisions made (notifications, registers, etc.)
History of all documents
Access control to stored data - Access control is carried out through individual logins and passwords, everything takes place in a user-friendly environment from the level of a web browser, regardless of the devices owned.

Project documentation management module. Document repository, access to the electronic version of documentation, user access control.

Electronic information and document flow module. Automates and accelerates decision-making, including: change procedures, documentation arrangements, material approval.
SNAG MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Defect removal management module. Access to photos and descriptions, location of faults on projections of the facility. Automation of reports, identification of contractors, deadlines for execution of orders.
