PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Construction of the Lower Silesian Innovation and Science Park SA - Phase 2, infrastructure supporting lower Silesia innovation for enterprises. Five-story office building, modular interior design for a wide range of layout options. In the area of the investment, the facility is located next to the existing building, which was built for use in September 2013.

ABOUT INVESTOR:
The Lower Silesia Innovation and Science Park S.A. is an institution whose main objective is to commercialize R&D activities. It deals with the issues and implementation of innovative solutions and technologies in companies mainly from lower Silesia. The DPIN was formed on the initiative of the lower Silesia Province Self-Government. It seeks and promotes new, functional and market-based choices and services. The institution shall ensure comprehensive customer service by increasing its services and raising funds for further improvement.
