Reconstruction, extension and superstructure with a change in the use of the building of the historic complex of Maria and Feniks mills. The project consisted in the revitalization of the post-industrial premises of Maria Mill. The design takes into account the preservation of the most important elements of the mill's architecture, such as: the body or the historical arrangement of window openings. Thanks to this, the historical values ​​of the building have been exposed, which is also important due to its location - the investment is located at Ostrów Tumski, surrounded by the historic buildings of Wrocław. Ultimately, thanks to the implementation, 120 apartments and 14 commercial premises were obtained.
