Construction of the Office and Business Center

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Construction of the Office and Business Center of the Legnica Technology Park - LETIA Business Center.
LETIA Business Center is a modern, multifunctional facility integrated into the existing buildings in the center of Legnica. Apart from offices, the complex also includes conference rooms and exhibition space. The inner atrium is covered with a remarkable dome of quadrilateral glass tiles with an area of almost 440 m2.
The Office and Service Center of the Legnica Technology Park KGHM Letia was recognized as the best construction site in Lower Silesia. Usable floor area of the buildings: 8,004.84 m2, and cubic capacity: 45,044.00 m3.
