Another project enriched the portfolio of Miastoprojekt Wrocław. From June 2017, we acted as the Project Manager in the expansion of the "Interferie Argentyt" Sanatorium and Spa Complex in Dąbki in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The works have been completed this year, and the first guests have already benefited from specialist treatments, brines, swimming pools and saunas.
Miastoprojekt - a proven partner in construction investment management
The modernization in Dąbki is another comprehensive project that we have managed. As part of this implementation, among others, construction of a new treatment base with a recreational pool, reconstruction and expansion of the nutritional base, expansion and renovation of three existing hotel buildings, construction of connectors between the facilities and adaptation of external areas. In addition, as the Investor's Assistant, Miastoprojekt was also responsible for the coordination of design works, conducting the tender for the selection of the General Contractor, investor's supervision and investment replacement also at the stage of finishing and equipping the facility.

Thanks to the expansion of the accommodation part to 255 rooms and the extension of services in the field of natural medicine, both patients during health stays and guests who come to Dąbki to spend a successful holiday on the Baltic Sea rest here. It is also worth adding that after modernization, "Interferie Argentina" has become the largest sanatorium center for children in Poland. Young patients can now not only be treated with the use of modern methods, but at the same time do what children like the most, i.e. play in new rooms or have fun in the aquapark. Between successive series of treatments, it is worth appreciating the sensational location of the resort, from which the sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea and the charming Lake Bukowo are at your fingertips.
