Prestigious investment in northern Poland

Construction has begun on Porta Mare, a complex of office buildings in Elbląg / Poland. Glazed, mirrored surfaces of the Elbląg River interestingly complement this neighborhood rich in history and monuments. This is Elbląg's first A-class office building. Miastoprojekt Wrocław's role in the project is Proxy of Investor.

During the ceremonial start of the investment, along with the symbolic shovel-driving, it was emphasized that environmentally friendly elements created at the F.B.I. TASBUD Group's environmentally friendly module and prefabrication factory will be used for the construction of the office building. They will not only contribute to reducing the time of work on the construction site, but also confirm the modern character of the building, despite its classic shape. Among the eco-interest features that will characterize the office building will be a vertical garden of live plants filtering the air, solar collectors and photovoltaic cells, or electric car charging stations.

mat. Miastoprojekt Wrocław Porta Mare is a joint venture between the operator company ARP and the Elbląg local government, which designated the site for the investment. "The launch of this investment marks the reactivation of Elbląg's Granary Island and breathes new life into this part of the city. The Porta Mare office building we are inaugurating here today is a dozen thousand square meters, which will not only serve business development, but will also be of value to the residents of Elblag. There will be space for services, retail and aparthotel areas. I believe it will be a meeting place for the city's residents, a place worth frequenting," said Mariusz Domeradzki, CEO of Operator ARP Sp. z o.o.. Due to the historical value of the area, the investment will be carried out in accordance with conservation recommendations.

Completion of the five-story building (more than 10,000 sq.m. of usable space - office, service, hotel) is planned in less than two years. The general contractor for the investment is F.B.I. Tasbud, and the architectural design was made by the Pas Projekt studio.
